This is my version of Keisuke Fujishima's Belldandy from Ah! My Goddess. This was done at my wife's request but between you and me, Belldandy is one of my all time favorite anime characters, so I was delighted to to it. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out. Hope you like it!
-gasp- It's the piece you were talking about!
You're right; the character design and everything really is beautiful. Definitely better suited with the thin lines, that's fer sure.
It looks kind of like we should be seeing a small bit of her left ear from that angle, but it could be the blue marking things confusing me.
Otherwise, the pose, as usual, is rad.
Good work, Jesse, but I would like it better (as a composition) if the feet weren't cut off. It sort of (to me, as an artist) looks like you didn't like them, so you cropped them out. Maybe do a heavier crop and recenter the image, or expand the view and add in the feet? Just my two cents.
Wow, thanks for the great comments. I was a llittle concerned about the ear. I did originally draw it in but the hair did pretty much cover it up. I could add a slight line in. I'm sure I'll do my usual thing of going back to a finished piece and making changes a few days later.
It looks awesome Jesse!! The back ground looks awesome and the pose it really cute too! I have to agree with Sherrie on this one. I think that maybe the feet should be in the picture too. Well, that's just my two cents. Great job anyway I think it came out looking really lovely. I really need to get to work on my stuff too ^___^

I don't think it adds anything to the picture. Just clean it up with the eraser tool.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
